• To create and present Pear Decks, you'll need a Google or Microsoft Office 365 account.  You can sign up for free. This means that: You can use a personal, educational, or business email account.

• Teachers can present google slides using the Pear Deck Add-on (in google slides, go to Add-ons and add Pear Deck).

• You can also use the Self-Paced Option in Pear Deck so that students can complete assignments independently.

• Students go to joinpd.com and enter a code to join.
• Once students open the presentation, they are able to interact with it by drawing, typing, moving, or dragging an icon, answering multiple-choice questions, and playing with lots of vocabulary learning slides!

• Great for Google Classroom: You can easily post the link to the slide show. Just open your teacher dashboard and set it to student-paced mode.
